ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!!
Beginning July 1, 2010 there will be a 10% tax added to ALL tanning services.

This tax has been added due to the passing of the new health bill. Please understand that this will affect all tanning salons across the country, and is beyond our control.

This tax will be added to all single sessions, packages, and contracts. If you are currently on a contract, be aware that the 10% tax will be added to your monthly draft. The Government will not Grandfather  in or exclude contracts submitted previous to July 1, 2010 from this tax.
